It takes us about 2–5 business days to create your apparel. After that, shipping takes another 3–6 business days (within the USA). Most customers see their gear at their door within 7–10 business days of ordering.
Because our fulfillment process begins almost immediately after you place an order, we have a very small window for changes. If you catch a mistake in your address or size, please email us within 2 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to fix it!
Because every item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will absolutely make it right! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

We ship primarily from our fulfillment centers in the USA. Depending on your location and the specific product, your item may also ship from one of our international hubs to get it to you faster.

Once your order is printed and boxed up, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier receives the package.
To keep your prints looking fresh and vibrant for as long as possible, we recommend:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle.
Use mild detergent and wash with similar colors.
Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the best results.
Do not iron directly on the print.
We select high-quality fabrics (like 100% combed and ring-spun cotton or soft poly-blends) to ensure our clothes are as comfortable as they are stylish. Check the individual product descriptions for specific fabric weights and blends.
